As much as we look forward to serving you, we expect our guests to be mindful of their surroundings as well as be respectful and civil to the locals. We reserve the right to turn away potential guests should they behave rudely with the staff or any such act that is aggressive in nature, including unlawful behavior, hate speech or bullying. 

We undertake to do the following, which is not exhaustive:

• Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions.
• Manage customer expectations, and provide an unforgettable experience and as far as possible, acquaint our guests with the jungle.
